These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Time To Learn iOS application ("App" or "TTL"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Time To Learn is an iOS application that generates AI-powered audio lessons on subjects of your choosing, timed to fit your available time. Lessons are generated on demand using AI services via a secure proxy. The App also provides a curated library of featured lessons available to all users, including those on the free plan.
TTL offers three tiers, managed and billed by Apple through the App Store:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To manage or cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. All billing is handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy — we cannot issue refunds directly.
Paid subscribers are subject to a 15-minute daily lesson generation limit, which resets at midnight local time. This limit applies to generated lesson duration — you can replay lessons as many times as you like. Attempting to circumvent the daily limit (for example, by manipulating the device clock) is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension.

All lesson content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. TTL lessons are designed for general learning and entertainment purposes only.
Lessons are not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in a TTL lesson constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health, finances, legal situation, or wellbeing.
We make no warranty that lesson content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
TTL offers six AI narrator voices: Gavin, James, Nicole, Charlie, Caroline, and Winifred. All voices are available to monthly and annual subscribers. Free users hear whichever voice featured lessons were recorded in. Voice availability is subject to change.
TTL offers four lesson depth levels — Introduction, Foundation, Analysis, and Masterclass — which control the treatment and complexity of AI-generated content. Depth levels are automatically matched to your chosen duration and can be overridden manually. We make no guarantee that a particular depth level will be appropriate for all subjects or users.
The App, its design, branding, and code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without express written permission. AI-generated lesson content is generated on your behalf for personal, non-commercial use only.
The App relies on third-party services for AI generation, audio narration, analytics, advertising, photography, and subscription management. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these services. Disruption to third-party services may affect App functionality without notice.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
